The Hollow Flute

A Four-Week Guided Embodiment Journey

There are moments in life when we realise we’ve been living more in our minds than in our bodies.

We become busy caring for others, meeting expectations, and moving through each day without pausing to notice how we truly feel.

Over time, we can lose touch with the quiet wisdom that has always lived within us. The Hollow Flute was created as a gentle invitation to return. Not by striving. Not by fixing yourself. But by slowing down enough to listen.

Through simple breath, movement, visualisation, and embodied awareness, you’ll gradually reconnect with the intelligence of your body, creating a deeper sense of trust, presence, and vitality. There is nothing you need to become. Only something beautiful waiting to be remembered.

Imagine…

  • Imagine beginning each day by checking in with yourself before the demands of the world.

  • Imagine feeling more connected to your body instead of disconnected from it.

  • Imagine trusting your body’s wisdom instead of questioning it.

  • Imagine creating just ten to fifteen minutes each day that belong entirely to you.

This is the invitation of The Hollow Flute.

Is This Journey for You?

Deepening the practice by introducing pelvic floor engagement to support greater awareness, vitality, and energetic connection.

Week Four:

Bringing all elements together into one complete embodied practice, you can continue long after the program has finished.

Hi, I’m Nicci.

I believe every woman carries an innate wisdom within her body. My passion is supporting women to reconnect with that wisdom through gentle, embodied practices that cultivate greater awareness, trust, and self-connection.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with women through workshops, group programs and 1:1 sessions, creating safer and supportive spaces where they can slow down, listen inwardly, and rediscover the intelligence of their bodies.

The Hollow Flute brings together the heart of this work into a simple, progressive four-week journey that you can explore in your own time. It is my hope that this practice helps you feel more connected, grounded, and at home within yourself. I’m honoured to be part of your journey.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long should I practise each day?

I recommend setting aside 10–15 minutes each day. Consistency is more important than duration. Even a few mindful minutes of practice can help you build a deeper connection with your body.

  • What if I miss a day?

That’s completely okay. This isn’t about being perfect. Simply return to the practice when you can and continue from where you left off. Your body doesn’t keep score.

  • Do I need any previous experience?

No. The Hollow Flute is suitable for beginners as well as women who already have an embodiment or mindfulness practice. Each week builds gradually, allowing you to learn at your own pace.

  • What if I don’t feel anything?

Everybody responds differently. Some women notice sensations straight away, while others experience subtle changes over time. There is no right or wrong experience. The practice is about building awareness, not achieving a particular outcome.

  • What if I find visualisation difficult?

That’s perfectly normal. Visualisation doesn’t have to mean seeing clear images. You might simply imagine the direction of your breath, sense a feeling, or hold an intention. Trust whatever comes naturally to you.

  • What if I become emotional during the practice?

Embodiment practices can sometimes bring emotions to the surface. If this happens, know that it is okay to pause, return to your natural breath, and use your grounding technique. Be gentle with yourself and only continue if it feels supportive.

  • What if I feel lightheaded?

Stop the practice and return to your normal breathing. Gently massage your earlobes and allow your body to settle before deciding whether to continue. Always listen to what your body is telling you.

  • Can I practise more than once a day?

Yes. If the practice feels nourishing and supportive, you are welcome to repeat it. Always allow your body to guide you, and avoid pushing yourself beyond what feels comfortable.

  • Do I have to complete one week before moving to the next?

I encourage you to spend a full week with each practice before moving on. This allows your nervous system and body time to integrate each stage. The Hollow Flute is designed as a progressive journey, with each week building on the last.

  • What if I can’t sit on the floor?

That’s absolutely fine. You can practise sitting on a chair, a cushion, or in any upright position that feels comfortable and supportive for your body.

  • Can I modify the movements?

Yes. The practice is an invitation, not a performance. Honour your body’s needs and adjust the movements as required. Your comfort and safety always come first.

  • Is this a pelvic floor exercise program?

No. While week three introduces a gentle pelvic floor activation, The Hollow Flute is an embodiment practice rather than a strengthening program. The focus is on developing awareness, connection, breath, and trust in your body’s wisdom.

  • How will I know if I’m doing the practice correctly?

There is no perfect way to do this practice. If you are moving with awareness, breathing comfortably, and listening to your body’s feedback, you are already practising in the way it was intended.

  • What happens after I finish the four weeks?

The Hollow Flute is a practice you can return to whenever you feel called. Many women find that it becomes part of their regular self-care routine. You may also wish to explore further support through 1:1 personalised sessions.
